I would say that I like the person's professional and friendly attitude
about answering every question that I had. He broke everything down for me so even I could understand what was going on. To be honest, he treated my home as if it was his own, remarkable.

The inspector was precise and hit on key points of interest to me about the home I am purchasing.  He pointed out large and small things that needed to be addressed.  Things like space between the hand rails.  That's detailed oriented.

Inspector Massie was very knowledgeable about his business.  He was pleasant to work with.  On time and I felt he was working hard to give me the best information needed to back up my decision to purchase this home.  I even got a test drive during the process.  I trust this guy with any other purchases being made and look forward to working with him in the future.  I will be highly recommending him to friends and family.  VERY DETAILED!!!!
